Can I use my wristband/card at multiple events?

You can only use the Proksimax cashless wristband/card at the event it was issued at.  If the bracelet/card will be usable at another event it will be clearly communicated in advance of the events.

What happens when I lose my wristband/card?

Your wristband is your wallet, keep it safe. If you lose it, you, unfortunately, have to buy a new wristband and deposit new credits to it.

How can I request a refund?

Follow www.proksimax.com and choose the “cashless refunds” option. There you will need to register your profile and verify your account with the email sent.  You will receive step by step instruction on how to claim your refund with the verification email sent.

When can I request a refund?

Please follow us on Instagram, or Facebook to get all relevant info on the event you attended.  Refunds will stay open for 14 days after opening of refunds.

The event I attended is not listed on the portal?

Refunds only open 2 working days after completion of the event and stay open for 14 days, keep this timelines in consideration.

How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed and paid out to attendees from the date of refunds closing.  If you have not received it by this time, please contact us and we will be glad to assist.

How many wristbands/cards can I request a refund for?

You can only request 1 (one) wristband UIDs per bank account per event.

What happens when I enter the incorrect banking details?

When requesting a refund, make sure to enter your account number and not your credit card number. In the case where you don’t receive your refund after one month and suspect that you may have entered the incorrect banking details, please email us at info@proksimax.com.

Is there any admin fee when I request a refund?

An admin fee of R10 admin will be charged per wristband when requesting a refund.
